1. If i need to change my mind, can i make an exchange or refund for size and colour ?

■ We do not accept any exchange and refund, so please make sure and carefully for choosing, including the shipping information must be correctly.

2. Can i track the post delivery status for my order ?

■ Yes, the post tracking number will be given the same day when item is shipped, and can be tracking on the following website :

3. How long it takes for my placed order ?

■ It depends the shipping country and method that you use, normally the delivery time is around 1-2 weeks after placement of order.

Remarks: Because sometines need to Custom random check, some countries are also affected by the weather, mail items (including Speedpost) that have completed posting processing procedures still need additional time for processing and delivery.

4. Why the products mentioned from website is IN STOCK ITEM or PRE ORDER ITEM ?

■ For IN STOCK ITEM - That means the product is already at our shop, so normally we can ship immediately and will give tracking no within 1-2 days.

■ For PRE ORDER ITEM - That means the product is not at our shop, some stock is at our Japan storeroom, or we can order from Japan shop directly. Normally it takes around 1-2 weeks deliver from Japan to our shop in Hong Kong, then we will post for you.

5. Why do I see some products of the same style on the website, but different colors and sizes have different prices?

■ Because the source of this product will come from different stores / sellers, depending on the market price and rarity, so the color or size will also have different prices.

6. Can i order the item is not from our Website ?

■ Yes, of course, because we have buyer all the time stay from Japan, so except our website item, we also have Japan Online Shop Order Services.
