This time, the items are a collaboration with FIFTH GENERAL STORE, which has a shop in Nakameguro, Tokyo.
These pants are based on FIFTH GENERAL STORE's original "FI-Damaged Double Knee Pants (Ver. II)" and have been remade with ANACHRONORM's unique processing. Based on workwear that is a must-have for simple, everyday style, the silhouette has been refined with a beautifully draped wide leg line.
■ Fabric: Cotton duck
As for the fabric, they use high-density cotton duck, which has a better texture than the original workwear brand.
■Processing: Sulfur dyeing, hard damage, remake processing
In order to enhance the color development of the dye, the fabric is bleached with chlorine through bleaching as a preparatory step for dyeing the finished product, and then dyed with sulfur dyes.
The color used is G-Brown, a sulfur dyed finish created using FIFTH's original formula.
After that, the Long Stone Bio processing, which would normally involve adjusting the tone in one go, was repeated multiple times this time, and an additional process was added to bring out the artist's thoughts, resulting in a more complex and easy-to-understand look.
As a finishing touch, a sun fade process using special chemicals is used to create a tanned look.
There was considerable damage all over, and all of it has been repaired with houndstooth stitching.
These processes, which incorporate the advanced techniques and ideas of artisans, are special processing methods that could only be realized in this project, and the garment was completed through an extremely luxurious process.
■Processing: sulfur dyeing, heavy damage processing, remake processing
To maximize the vibrancy of the dye, the fabric is bleached with chlorine to break down the natural pigments before sulfur dyeing. The color we are introducing this time is "G Brown," a sulfur dye created using FIFTH's unique formula.
Normally, Long Stone Bio Wash is a one-step process to even out the tone, but this time the process was intentionally repeated multiple times to bring out the texture even more, resulting in a complex, layered look and texture with depth.
The finish is a sun-fade process using special chemicals to create a realistic aged look. After applying fine damage to the entire garment, it is carefully repaired down to the smallest details with zigzag stitching.
These processes, in which the advanced skills and ingenuity of experienced craftsmen are poured into every detail, are a special processing method unique to this project, and are truly luxurious masterpieces born from a series of time-consuming and painstaking processes that allow no compromise whatsoever.
■Attention: There may be slight variations in dimensions due to dyeing.
Each piece is remade and stained by hand, so there may be slight differences between individual pieces.
The unevenness of the dyeing caused by sulfurization varies from piece to piece.
Please be aware that sulfur dyes are used, so the color may fade after washing.
■Note: Due to the characteristics of dyeing, there may be slight discrepancies in the dimensions.
Additionally, because each item is handcrafted and distressed, there may be individual variations in the finished texture. The mottled pattern unique to sulfur dyeing is unique to each piece, making each one a one-of-a-kind, special item. Please note that because sulfur dyes are used, color transfer may occur when washing.
