DESCRIPTION: A.PRESSE COLLECTION RELEASE ITEM.

[Design]
Based on the Vintage US Navy Souvenir Velour Jacket, this jacket features a generous body and sleeve width, while the shoulders are slightly steeper to accentuate the rounded silhouette.
The ribbing at the hem and cuffs is tight and compact.
Like the vintage version, it's reversible.

[Material]
Cotton twill velveteen.
The weave is a twill weave with a short horizontal pile.
The finer the surface pile is cut, the more the weave disappears,
resulting in a subtle sheen and lustre, a delicate velvet-like fabric covered in fuzz.
Cutting it requires more time and effort than corduroy, making it a rare material today.
The lining is made of lightweight, smooth silk taffeta, which has been washed to create a fibrillated surface, and the thin cotton is quilted with a diamond pattern.
The front zipper is made by Riri, a Swiss company.
The ribbing is tightly knit with a tightly twisted worsted yarn.

[Processing]
The exquisite faded patina of vintage items is recreated by hand by artisans.
